Long session from mid morning till 5pm with a short break for lunch. Marginal wind to start on my brand new Cabrhina SwitchBlade 12m but wind built through the afternoon. Nice kite! bar pressure much lower than my old 2006 XBow. Turns much quicker too - which caught me out jumping a few times. But the vertical lift is amazing and soooo floaty compared with the old Xbow. Felt more like flying the 2006 9m Xbow than a 12m kite. Can't wait to see what the new 9m Switchblade is like - though I hope it isn't too much quicker turning than the old one because I really like that kite. More hang time would be good though. No more kiteing for a few weeks though due to summer holidays looming...
